God is greatest Punishment of the work ethic https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HSKW...VaKq4w&index=6 https://encrypted-tbn3.gstatic.com/i...OFJVwa1kM0XMAA حكم تعذيب الفأر بالنار وإساءة قتله هل يجوز سكب ماء مغلي على الفأر أو وضعه تحت الشمس حتى يموت، وهل تعتبر هاتان الطريقتان من الحرق الذي نهى عنه الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم بأن لا يحرق بالنار إلا رب النار، علماً بأني لا أستطيع إخراج الفأر من المصيدة إلا بعد قتله؟ الإجابــة خلاصة الفتوى: لا يجوز القتل بالوسيلتين المذكورتين لما فيهما من الإساءة في القتل والتعذيب بالنار. الحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله وعلى آله وصحبه، أما بعـد: فإن الفأر من الفواسق التي تقتل في الحل والحرم، ففي الصحيحين وغيرهما أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " خمس من الدواب كلهن فاسق يقتلن في الحرم الغراب والحدأة والعقرب والفأرة والكلب العقور ". ولكن لا ينبغي القتل بالوسيلتين المذكورتين لما فيهما من التعذيب بالنار المنهي عنه، وعدم الإحسان في القتل الذي أمر به النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم حيث قال: " إن الله كتب الإحسان في كل شيء فإذا قتلتم فأحسنوا القتلة وإذا ذبحتم فأحسنوا الذبحة وليحد أحدكم شفرته وليرح ذبيحته ". وقال صلى الله عليه وسلم: " ... لا يعذب بالنار إلا رب النار " . رواه أحمد وأبو داود وغيرهما وصححه الألباني.. وانظري الفتوى رقم: 22249. والله أعلم. http://fatwa.islamweb.com/fatwa/images/Logo.jpg |
